The Woman Behind the Coffee Cup

Hi, I’m Renee—a mother, grandmother, 20-year Navy veteran, solopreneur, and the woman behind Sunday Coffee Chats.

I created Sunday Coffee Chats as a place to share the thoughts, lessons, laughter, faith, and everyday moments that make me stop and think, “Okay… somebody else might need this too.” Around here, we talk about life as it really is—family, caregiving, business, getting older, overthinking, starting over, trusting God, and occasionally wondering why technology has decided to test our character.

I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not trying to. I’m simply sharing what I’m learning along the way, one Sunday and one cup of coffee at a time.
